Step 1
Cut off the tops of the tomatoes and scoop out the seeds and some flesh.
Step 2
Sauté the ground pork, add the tomato flesh, grated cheese, spices, and dried basil.
Step 3
Stuff the tomatoes with the filling and bake at 355°F for 20–30 minutes until cooked.
