Stuffed Tomatoes with Cottage Cheese
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 8 pieces
- Dry Curd 10 oz
- Cinnamon to taste
- Raisins 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Sour Cream to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pass the cottage cheese through a meat grinder, add cinnamon, salt, and sugar. Mix well.
Step 2
For unripe, firm tomatoes, cut out the core and sprinkle with salt.
Step 3
Stuff the tomatoes with the cottage cheese mixture, drizzle with sour cream, and place in the oven for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Before serving, you can drizzle with sour cream again.
