Ingredients
- Pork fat 10 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves to taste
- Ground meat 5 oz
- Shallot 3 pieces
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Tomatoes 12 pieces
- Olive Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix both types of ground meat. Add finely chopped parsley, finely chopped shallots, and minced garlic. Add the egg and mix well.
Step 2
Cut the tops off the tomatoes and scoop out the seeds. Stuff the tomatoes with the filling. Place a piece of garlic oil on top of each.
Step 3
Bake in the oven at 390°F for 20 minutes.
