Stuffed Radishes

Ingredients
- Turnips 10 pieces
- Sliced Processed Cheese 1 piece
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Sour Cream 3 tablespoons
- Cilantro ¼ bunch
- Scallions ¼ bunch
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the radishes, dry them, and trim the ends on both sides.
Step 2
Cut them in half in a decorative manner.
Step 3
Carefully carve out a portion of the flesh from each radish using a sharp knife.
Step 4
Leave a few centers for decoration, and finely chop the rest.
Step 5
Grate the cheese and garlic on a fine grater.
Step 6
Set aside a few cilantro leaves for decoration and finely chop the remaining herbs.
Step 7
Combine the chopped and grated ingredients, add the cottage cheese, sour cream, salt, and pepper to taste, and mix well.
Step 8
Stuff the radish halves and arrange them on a plate. Garnish with cilantro and radish flowers.
