Stuffed Porcini Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Porcini Mushrooms 24 pieces
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Shallot 2 pieces
- Chopped Sage Leaves 2 tablespoons
- Breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons
- Dry White Wine 5 tablespoons
- Chicken Broth 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
You will need mushrooms with large caps. Separate the caps from the stems, finely chop the stems, shallots, and parsley.
Step 2
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a skillet, add the chopped stems and shallots, and sauté for 4 minutes. Then add the parsley.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with oil, place the caps smooth side down, season with salt, and fill with the sautéed stems and shallots. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Mix the wine with the broth and pour it into the dish with the mushrooms. Bake for 10 minutes at 375°F and serve immediately in the same dish.
