- Courgette 1 piece
- Fresh Mushrooms 20 pieces
- Eggplants 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
- Ground Dried Garlic to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the raw mushrooms from the stems and skins. Rinse well. Leave in water.
Step 2
Chop all the vegetables and mushroom stems into small cubes. Sauté until cooked, season with garlic and pepper, and add salt.
Step 3
Sauté the mushroom caps. When they are ready, fill them with the vegetable mixture, and it's all set.
