Stuffed Mushrooms with Tomato and Garlic

Ingredients

  • Morels 24 pieces
  • Butter 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Salt 0.3 teaspoons
  • Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
  • Dry White Wine 3 tablespoons
  • Passata Tomato Sauce 2 teaspoons
  • Ground Black Pepper 0.3 teaspoons
  • Breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons
  • Parsley 3 stems

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wipe the caps, but do not wash them.

Step 2

Finely chop the stems and sauté in vegetable oil for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Then add tomato, wine, crushed garlic, pepper, and salt to the sautéed mushrooms and cook on high heat for 2–3 minutes.

Step 4

Add breadcrumbs and chopped parsley.

Step 5

Stuff the caps with the prepared filling, place them on a greased baking sheet, bottom side up, and put in a preheated oven (to 430°F) for 10 minutes, frequently drizzling with vegetable oil.

Step 6

Serve hot or cold.
