Ingredients
- Morels 12 pieces
- Suluguni Cheese 5 oz
- Dill ½ bunch
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Olive Oil 2 teaspoons

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 430°F.
Step 2
Wash the mushrooms and let them dry. Remove the stems from the mushrooms, finely chop them, sauté for 2 minutes over high heat, and let cool.

Grate the cheese.
Step 4
Finely chop the dill and garlic.
Step 5
Mix the sautéed stems, cheese, dill, and garlic, fill the mushroom caps with the mixture, and place them on a baking sheet greased with olive oil.
Step 6
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
