- Mashed Potatoes 5 oz
- Pickles 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash and clean the mushrooms, separating the caps from the stems, and finely chop the stems.
Step 2
Sauté the whole mushroom caps in butter. Separately, sauté the chopped stems in butter as well.
Step 3
Mix the mushroom stems with the mashed potatoes, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Fill the mushroom caps with the mashed potatoes and insert a slice of pickle into each mushroom.
