
Stuffed Mushrooms with Chicken and Cheese

Description
It's better to choose mushrooms of the same size so they cook evenly and look beautiful on the plate.
Ingredients
- Morels 20 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 10 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Parsley to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the mushrooms under running water without soaking them to avoid excess moisture.
Step 2
Separate the stems and chop them into small cubes. Sauté in a hot pan with oil.
Step 3
Once the juice evaporates, add the chopped onion and fry until a pleasant golden color.
Step 4
Add small pieces of the processed chicken breast. Cook everything on high heat for just a couple of minutes, seasoning with salt and black pepper. Remove from heat.
Step 5
Fill the mushroom caps with the prepared filling and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 6
Generously sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 7
Bake in the oven at 355°F for 20 minutes.
