
Stuffed Mushrooms with Cheese in Sour Cream Sauce

Description
If you want to make the appetizer heartier, you can add finely chopped ham to the filling.
Ingredients
- Onion 1 piece
- Fresh Mushrooms 12 pieces
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Olive Oil to taste
- Wheat Flour 2 spoons
- Sour Cream 4 spoons
- Dill 2 sprigs
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse large mushrooms (approximately 7 cm in diameter) and remove the stems from the caps.
Step 2
Sauté the finely chopped drumsticks, onion, and small carrot in oil.
Step 3
Add a tablespoon of flour and sauté briefly, then add a couple of tablespoons of sour cream and salt to taste. The filling is ready; set it aside to cool.
Step 4
Lightly boil the caps, stuff them with filling, sprinkle grated cheese on top, and place in a preheated oven for 5–10 minutes.
Step 5
Prepare the sauce separately: sauté the flour in oil and then add sour cream.
Step 6
Serving: pour the hot sour cream sauce onto a plate and arrange the mushrooms on top. Sprinkle the sauce on the plate with dill.
