Stuffed Mushrooms with Cheese Crust
Ingredients
- Onion 1 piece
- Ground meat 20 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Edam Cheese 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Morels 8 pieces
- Spices to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the ground meat in vegetable oil for 8–10 minutes. During this time, add the finely chopped garlic and onion, and spices to taste. If possible, you can blend the cooked meat in a blender.
Step 2
Wash the fresh mushrooms and remove the stems. Stuff the mushrooms with the meat mixture. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Sprinkle the cheese over the mushrooms. Bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
