Ingredients

  • Morels 12 pieces
  • Lean Beef 5 oz
  • Potato 1 piece
  • Onion ½ piece
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 3 tablespoons
  • Sour Cream 3 tablespoons
  • Passata Tomato Sauce 3 teaspoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Remove the stems from the mushrooms.

Step 2

Finely chop part of the stems.

Step 3

Finely chop the onion.

Step 4

Remove seeds and liquid from the tomato, and finely chop the flesh.

Step 5

In a bowl, mix the ground beef, tomato, chopped mushroom stems, and onion. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 6

Fill the mushroom caps with the filling.

Step 7

Place in a baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.

Step 8

Mix the sour cream with the tomato paste. Add a little water.

Step 9

Pour into the baking dish with the mushrooms.

Step 10

Bake the mushrooms in a preheated oven at 390°F for 30 minutes.
