Stuffed mirror carp
Ingredients
- Carp 20 oz
- Onion 3 pieces
- Bun 5 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pass the carp fillet through a meat grinder.
Step 2
Soak a white roll made from high-quality flour in milk, squeeze it out, and then pass it through a meat grinder.
Step 3
Coarsely chop the onion, sauté it in vegetable oil until it turns a creamy color, and then grind it in a meat grinder.
Step 4
Mix the ingredients for the filling, adding salt and pepper to taste. Then, for 15 minutes, knead the mixture by hand.
Step 5
Place the sausage on a sheet of foil and wrap it up.
Step 6
Bake in the oven for thirty to forty minutes at a temperature of 320°F. Let cool, cut into pieces, and remove from the foil.
