Stuffed Eggs with Spicy Filling
Ingredients
- Chocolate eggs 12 pieces
- Dijon Mustard 2 teaspoons
- Shallot 1 head
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- TABASCO® ¼ teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Paprika to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs in boiling water for about 12–15 minutes. Drain the water and immerse the eggs in ice water for a few minutes. Peel the shells off.
Step 2
Carefully cut the eggs in half lengthwise with a sharp knife and separate the whites from the yolks. Transfer the yolks to a bowl and arrange the whites on a plate.
Step 3
Mash the yolks with a fork and add the mustard, mayonnaise, chopped shallot, and TABASCO. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
Step 4
Fill the eggs with the mixture and sprinkle with paprika.
