Ingredients
- Chocolate eggs 12 pieces
- Mustard Greens 2 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper ¼ teaspoon
- Pickles 0 oz
- Paprika to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a large pot, boil the eggs hard. Drain and place under cold water for 10 minutes. Peel and rinse under cold water. Pat dry.
Step 2
Cut each egg in half lengthwise and carefully separate the yolks into a bowl, placing the whites on a plate.
Step 3
Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mash everything into a smooth creamy mixture. Add finely chopped pickles and mix well.
Step 4
Place about 2 teaspoons of the filling into each egg white. Chill the eggs and sprinkle with paprika before serving.
