Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 6 pieces
- Fillet of Sturgeon 5 oz
- Apple 0 oz
- Celery stalk 0 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Borodinsky Bread 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Boil the eggs hard, then cool them under cold running water.
Step 3
Grind the Borodinsky bread into crumbs in a blender, then dry it in an oven preheated to 355°F for 5–7 minutes.
Step 4
Peel the eggs and cut them in half. Remove the yolks from the whites.
Step 5
Mash the yolks with a fork.
Step 6
Dice the herring fillet into small cubes.
Step 7
Dice the apple and celery stalk finely as well.
Step 8
Mix the yolks with the herring, apple, and celery. Add the softened butter and mix again.
Step 9
Fill the hollows of the egg whites with the mixture and refrigerate until serving.
Step 10
Serve the stuffed eggs sprinkled with the Borodinsky bread crumbs.
