Stuffed Eggs with Chives and Tarragon
Ingredients
- Chocolate eggs 12 pieces
- Mayonnaise 5 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- TABASCO® 0.1 teaspoons
- Chives 2 tablespoons
- Tarragon 2 teaspoons
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- English Dry Mustard ½ teaspoon
- Parsley to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs in boiling water until hard. Cool under cold water and peel. Cut in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks. Transfer the yolks to a bowl.
Step 2
Mash the yolks with a fork and add mayonnaise, lemon juice, tabasco, finely chopped chives, crushed tarragon leaves, salt, and mustard. Mix everything until smooth and fill the egg white halves.
Step 3
Arrange on a plate, cover with plastic wrap, and chill for 1 hour.
