Description
Stuffed eggs are popular for three reasons: first, they are delicious; second, they are inexpensive; and finally, they are easy to prepare. This small dish allows for many decorative solutions: the finished eggs can be garnished with herbs, caviar, a piece of fish, or sprinkled with sesame seeds.
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 6 pieces
- Dijon Mustard 0 oz
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Parsley 1 sprig
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Place the eggs in boiling water and cook for 11 minutes, then transfer them to cold water to stop the cooking process and cool them down.
Step 3
Peel the eggs and cut each one in half.
Step 4
Separate the egg yolks. Set the egg whites aside for now.
Step 5
Grate the egg yolks.
Step 6
Mix the egg yolks with the mustard and mayonnaise until smooth; you can add a little salt to taste.
Step 7
Transfer the egg yolk mixture into a pastry bag fitted with a decorative nozzle.
Step 8
Squeeze into each half of the egg white.
Step 9
Garnish the eggs with red pepper and chopped parsley.
Step 10
Serve.
