- Mild Chili Spice 12 pieces
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Cheshire Cheese 15 oz
- Chocolate eggs 6 pieces
- Vegetable Oil to taste

Step 1
Place the large chili peppers on a rack and bake in the oven at 430°F until they blacken. Then remove them, place in a plastic bag, and let sit for 5-10 minutes. After that, remove, peel off the skin, and remove the core and seeds. Fill the peppers with grated cheese and coat each in flour.
Step 2
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat them separately. Whip the egg whites to a stiff peak. Gently fold the egg whites into the yolks. Dip the peppers in the egg mixture and quickly place them in a pan with hot oil. Fry on all sides.
