Stuffed Cannelloni
Ingredients
- Ground meat 20 oz
- Conchiglie Pasta 20 oz
- Baking Tomatoes 1 can
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Herbes de Provence 1 teaspoon
- Minced garlic 3 cloves
- Onion ½ head
- Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the minced garlic and finely chopped onion. Add the ground meat (preferably veal).
Step 2
Stuff the raw cannelloni with the prepared filling. Place them in a baking dish.
Step 3
Pour the juice from the canned tomatoes over the stuffed pasta. If the tomatoes are skinless, squeeze them and place them on top as well.
Step 4
If the pasta is not fully covered with sauce, dilute the mayonnaise with water in a glass and pour it over.
Step 5
Sprinkle with herbs, add pepper, and salt.
Step 6
Bake. Five minutes before it's done, sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 7
Serve on plates and enjoy.
