Ingredients
- Bun 8 pieces
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Chicken Egg 8 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Cut off the top of each bun and remove the soft bread, leaving the sides of the bun intact. Brush the inside of each bun with melted butter, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Fill the buns to your liking. This can include ham, bacon, cheese, herbs, boiled potatoes, fried onions, etc.
Step 3
Crack an egg on top, season with salt and pepper. Bake for 10–12 minutes, then cover the baking sheet with foil and bake for another 20–25 minutes, or until the egg is just set.
