- Tomatoes 15 oz
- Papaya flesh 5 oz
- Avocado 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the vinaigrette sauce with honey and soy sauce: mix soy sauce, vegetable oil, white wine vinegar, and balsamic vinegar until smooth.
Step 2
Dice the tomatoes, papaya, and avocado into small cubes. Finely chop the parsley and tarragon. Combine everything in a bowl and dress with the sauce.
Step 3
