  • Bacon 5 oz
  • Peanut Butter 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Salt 2 teaspoons
  • Fresh basil leaves 30 oz
  • Chicken Broth 2 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Heat the wok well and fry the finely chopped bacon until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel.

Step 2

Leave 1 tablespoon of bacon fat in the wok and add peanut and sesame oil. Turn the heat to high and heat until smoking. Add the thinly sliced garlic and salt, and fry for 15 seconds.

Step 3

Add the chopped spinach and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes. Pour in the broth and add the bacon. Cook for another 2 minutes, leaving the spinach slightly firm. Serve immediately.
