Stewed vegetables in lavash
Ingredients
- Courgette 1 piece
- Young zucchini 1 piece
- Carrot 3 pieces
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Shallot 1 piece
- Garlic 1 clove
- Mild Chili Spice ½ piece
- Armenian Lavash 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the zucchini and green zucchini into cubes.
Step 2
Peel the carrots and cut them into cubes as well.
Step 3
Sauté all the vegetables in a pan over low heat.
Step 4
While the zucchini, green zucchini, and carrots are stewing, slice the shallot onion into half rings and add it to the pan. Also add the finely chopped garlic.
Step 5
Meanwhile, cut the bell pepper into cubes and add it to the stew.
Step 6
Towards the end, cut the tomatoes into cubes and add them to the vegetables.
Step 7
Add the finely chopped chili pepper, salt, and pepper.
Step 8
Stew everything over medium heat for 3–4 minutes.
Step 9
Place a small amount of vegetables on the lavash and wrap it into an envelope.
