  • Onion 1 head
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz

Step 1

Grate the carrot using a large grater.

Step 2

Slice the onion into half-moons and sauté it in oil (first the onion, then the carrot).

Step 3

Blanch the cleaned and rinsed squid in boiling water, remove the skin, slice into half-rings, and add to the sautéed onions and carrots. Season with salt to taste. Mix everything together and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
