Ingredients
- Ground Oats 6 teaspoons
- Water 5 fl oz
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Donut Peaches 1 piece
- Strawberry 0 oz
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour water over the oatmeal in individual serving bowls and place them in a steamer for 10 minutes.
Step 2
After 10 minutes, add the cream to the oatmeal and return it to the steamer for another 10 minutes.
Step 3
Slice the peaches and strawberries.
Step 4
In a saucepan, add sugar and a little water (2 tablespoons), heat until the sugar dissolves, and continue heating until the sugar darkens slightly.
Step 5
Add the butter and a pinch of salt, then whisk until you achieve a smooth caramel.
Step 6
Add the fruits to the caramel and simmer them for 2 minutes.
Step 7
Toast the cashews in a dry skillet until golden brown.
Step 8
Top the cooked oatmeal with caramelized fruits and nuts, and serve immediately.
