Description
The finished batter can be enriched with any sweet or savory additions. I really enjoyed the neutral taste of the pancakes with a small amount of walnuts. They are also perfect with sour cream.)
Ingredients
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Water 5 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Oat flakes 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the water with milk, a pinch of salt, and sugar over low heat until it reaches boiling point. You can also add a little butter.
Step 2
Add a glass of sifted flour to the hot milk and stir vigorously until smooth, 'steaming' our batter. Remove from heat, continuing to stir, and gradually add the eggs.
Step 3
Cook the pancakes on a preheated skillet with a small amount of vegetable oil.
