- Bonito tuna fillet 4 pieces
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Fingerling Potatoes 12 pieces
- Lemon 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Parsley 0 oz
- Lime 1 piece
- Marinated cherries 10 pieces
- Fresh basil leaves 10 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the tuna steaks on the steamer tray and drizzle with the juice of half a lemon and 1 tablespoon of olive oil, then sprinkle with chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
In a second steamer tray, place the peeled potatoes, drizzle with the remaining lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Steam for 15 minutes. Serve on a warmed plate, garnished with lime wedges, cherry tomatoes, and basil leaves.
