  • Spinach 0 oz
  • Rice 0 oz
  • Soy Meat 0 oz
  • Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
  • Courgette 0 oz
  • Toasted Sesame 0 oz
  • Beef 0 oz
  • Garlic 3 cloves

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cook the rice.

Step 2

Cut the zucchini, meat, and carrot into strips. Sauté them separately.

Step 3

Boil the soybeans. Season with soy sauce and finely chopped garlic.

Step 4

Do the same with the spinach as you did with the soybeans.

Step 5

Fry the egg. Trim the excess from the fried egg to form a circle.

Step 6

In a deep plate, place the cooked rice, then arrange the meat and vegetables around the rice. Top with the egg.

Step 7

Sprinkle with sesame. The dish is ready to be served.
