Ingredients
- Green Onion 20 oz
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Tomato Puree 1 tablespoon
- Vinegar 1 teaspoon
- Garlic ½ clove
- Parsley 0 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the green onion into 3 cm pieces and boil in salted water with a little vinegar. Then drain the water.
Step 2
Make a roux from the butter and flour, add the tomato puree and a small amount of the water used to boil the onions, so the sauce doesn't become too thick.
Step 3
Season with grated garlic, salt, and chopped parsley. Pour the resulting sauce over the boiled onions.
