Steamed Eggplant Caviar
Ingredients
- Eggplants 15 oz
- Sweet Pepper ½ piece
- Tomatoes ½ piece
- Wine Vinegar to taste
- Spices to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the eggplant, cut it in half, and place it along with half of the pepper and half of the tomato in a steamer for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Remove the skin from the pepper and tomato.
Step 3
Place everything in a blender, add spices to taste, and blend at medium speed until smooth.
Step 4
Transfer to a jar, add vinegar to taste, and mix. Store in the refrigerator.
