Frozen broccoli can be used.
Ingredients
- Broccoli 15 oz
- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Spices to taste
- Wine Vinegar 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the broccoli florets in a steamer for 30 minutes, adding the tomato as well.
Step 2
Remove the skin from the tomato.
Step 3
Mash the cooked broccoli with the tomato into a puree using a blender, add spices and vinegar, and mix until smooth.
Step 4
Transfer to a jar and refrigerate.
