Steak Marinade
Ingredients
- Soy Sauce 5 fl oz
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 5 fl oz
- Ground Dried Garlic 0.5 tablespoon
- Fresh basil leaves 3 tablespoons
- Chopped Sage Leaves 0.5 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper 1 teaspoon
- White Pepper (whole) 1 teaspoon
- Mild Chili Spice 1 teaspoon

Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Place all the ingredients in a blender.
Step 3
Blend in the blender for 30 seconds.
Step 4
Pour the marinade over the steaks.
Step 5
Refrigerate for 8 hours (or longer, it won't hurt).
Step 6
Before grilling, pat the steaks dry with a paper towel and brush with sunflower oil.
