Ingredients
- Squid 25 oz
- Mayonnaise 10 oz
- Green Peas 5 oz
- Carrot 5 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Herbs 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the insides and chitinous plate (skin) from the thawed squid.
Step 2
Thoroughly rinse the prepared squid bodies or fillets in water 3 times.
Step 3
Place in boiling salted water (the ratio of water to squid is 3:1).
Step 4
Cook for 3 minutes from the moment of boiling.
Step 5
Slice the cooled squid into thin strips (julienne) across the fibers.
Step 6
Place in a salad bowl, drizzle with mayonnaise or mustard dressing, and garnish with onion, green peas, carrot, herbs, and lemon.
