- Squid 20 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Panko breadcrumbs 5 oz
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
- Egg white 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill or barbecue.
Step 2
Cut the squid bodies in half lengthwise and carefully thread them onto skewers.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix the Parmesan, olive oil, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Lightly beat the egg white and brush it over the squid. Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the squid.
Step 4
Place the squid on the grill and cook for 2-4 minutes until golden brown. Serve with any sauce.
