- Green Peas 10 oz
- Squid 125 oz
- Goji Berries 3 tablespoons
- Black Pomegranate Molasses 4 tablespoons
- Chia Seeds 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan. Add green peas. Sauté for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Clean the squid and cut it into strips.
Step 3
Sauté in vegetable oil with the addition of goji berries and pomegranate sauce for no more than 5 minutes. Prolonged cooking makes the squid tough.
Step 4
Place the cooked squid and green peas on a plate. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and chia seeds. Cooking time is 10 minutes. The recipe serves 2.
