- Chicken Broth 15 fl oz
- Rosemary 1 stalk
- Cilantro 5 oz
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Pistachios 0 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cleaned squid bodies should be cut into thick strips. Sauté garlic and rosemary in butter, then add chicken broth, season with salt and pepper, and bring to a boil. Cook the squid noodles in the broth at a gentle simmer for 2-4 minutes.
Step 2
In a blender, combine cilantro, olive oil, and pine nuts. Season with salt and pepper. For added heat, you can include some garlic in the sauce before blending.
