Squid Julien with Onions and Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Onion 2 heads
- Squid 0 lbs
- Pickled Chanterelles 25 oz
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Sour Cream 0 lbs
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the squid, rinse, cut into strips, and quickly fry in butter.
Step 2
Chop the onion and mushrooms and sauté them.
Step 3
Mix the squid, mushrooms, and onion together.
Step 4
Fry the flour in butter and mix it with sour cream. Bring to a boil. Pour the resulting sauce over the squid mixture, season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Then transfer the mixture to molds, generously sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake in the oven at 355°F for about 25 minutes.
Step 6
Sprinkle the finished julien with chopped herbs.
