Ingredients
- Rice Paper 2 pieces
- Lightly Salted Red Fish 0 oz
- Arugula 0 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 2 teaspoons
- Cucumbers 5 oz
- Pickled capers to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the cucumber and cut it into strips.
Step 2
Chop the arugula coarsely.
Step 3
Cut the fish into sticks.
Step 4
Soak each rice paper sheet in room temperature water for a few seconds.
Step 5
Transfer to a dry, flat surface. Place the greens at the edge.
Step 6
Add cucumber and cream cheese.
Step 7
Season with pepper.
Step 8
Add a stick of fish and capers.
Step 9
Wrap the filling in the paper to form a roll.
Step 10
Repeat with the second roll, transfer to a plate, and serve.
