Ingredients
- Harusame noodles 10 oz
- Courgette 5 oz
- Oyster Mushrooms 0 oz
- Whole egg 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop bok choy and zucchini into small cubes, sauté in olive oil over high heat for 1-2 minutes. Drain in a sieve. Separately, sauté the sliced oyster mushrooms. Cool and mix the ingredients.
Step 2
Place 2 tablespoons of the mixture on the pastry sheets. Brush the edge of the sheet with raw yolk, roll it up like a log. Fry the spring rolls in hot oil or in a large amount of olive oil in a deep skillet.
