Ingredients
- Rice Paper 0 oz
- Napa Cabbage 0 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 1 tablespoon
- Avocado 0 oz
- Lightly Salted Red Fish 0 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Toasted Sesame to taste
- Ocean salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare 2 leaves of Napa cabbage.
Step 2
Peel the avocado, cut it in half, and drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 3
Slice into thick strips and sprinkle with salt.
Step 4
Spread cream cheese on the cabbage leaves and season with pepper.
Step 5
Soak a sheet of rice paper in room temperature water for a few seconds.
Step 6
Transfer it to a dry, flat surface.
Step 7
Place a leaf of cabbage at the edge of the paper, add a piece of fish on top, and avocado on the side.
Step 8
Cover with a second leaf of cabbage.
Step 9
Roll it up.
Step 10
Using a knife dipped in cold water, cut the roll into smaller pieces.
Step 11
Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve.
