- Sprats 5 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Parsley 0 oz

Step 1
Slice the lemon into thin rings.
Step 2
Arrange the sprats in an even layer on a dessert plate. Drizzle them with the oil from the can.
Step 3
Place lemon slices on top of the sprats.
Step 4
Garnish with parsley sprigs and serve.
