Ingredients
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Fresh basil leaves 0 oz
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Lemon 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a deep skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced garlic and sauté until golden, about 2–3 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to transfer to a paper towel.
Step 2
Chop the spinach finely and add it to the skillet. Cover and cook for 4–5 minutes until the leaves are slightly wilted. Transfer to a metal bowl, season with salt and pepper. Top with garlic and serve with lemon wedges.
