
Spinach Phali with Walnuts

Ingredients
- Spinach 20 oz
- Shelled pumpkin seeds 5 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Ground coriander ½ spoons
- Khmeli-suneli ½ spoons
- Malt Vinegar 2 spoons
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
- Pomegranate Seeds 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the spinach in cold water.
Step 2
Blanch it in boiling water for 1–2 minutes.
Step 3
Peel the garlic and blend it with the nuts and spinach.
Step 4
Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add coriander, red pepper, khmeli-suneli, and vinegar. Mix thoroughly.
Step 5
Shape the pkhali into even circles.
Step 6
When serving, place the pkhali on a plate and garnish with pomegranate seeds.
