Description

I made three layers; if there are more layers, you will need more sheets of lasagna.

Ingredients

  • Ready-made dry lasagna sheets 8 pieces
  • Spinach 20 oz
  • Goat cheese 1 piece
  • Milk 0 fl oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Wheat Flour 0 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper ⅓ teaspoon
  • Salt 1 teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the spinach, chop it, and steam it for 5 minutes. If the spinach is frozen, thaw it; no cooking is needed.

Step 2

While the spinach is cooking, make the béchamel sauce: melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat; then add the flour, whisking; gradually add the milk while continuing to stir. If the sauce is too thick, add more milk. Add salt and pepper to taste. The sauce is ready; turn off the heat.

Step 3

Place the lasagna sheets at the bottom of a baking dish, then add a layer of spinach, a few slices of cheese, cover with 1/3 of the béchamel sauce, and top with another layer of lasagna. Repeat the layers in the same way. Cover the last layer with lasagna and top with the remaining sauce. You can also add cheese on top to your liking.

Step 4

Bake at 355°F for 30 minutes.
