Ingredients

  • Spinach 10 oz
  • 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
  • Cheese Spread 5 oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Mild Chili Spice ½ piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Place the spinach in a dry pot (do not add oil) and let it wilt from the heat, stirring.

Step 2

When the leaves reduce to about a quarter of their original size, transfer them to a blender and chop.

Step 3

Finely chop a small onion and the chili (remove the seeds), and thinly slice the 3 cloves of garlic. Place them in a skillet with a little vegetable oil.

Step 4

Sauté the onion and garlic over low heat until translucent.

Step 5

Add the spinach, sour cream, and grated cheese to the skillet. Simmer everything for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
