- Spinach 5 oz

- Tomato 1 piece

Step 1
Beat the eggs, and slice the cheese and tomato into thin slices.
Step 2
Heat a skillet, add a teaspoon of oil. Pour in the eggs and cook over medium heat.
Step 3
Once the omelette is set on the edges, place spinach, cheese, and tomatoes on one half. Cover with the other half and keep on the heat for another three minutes.
Step 4
Transfer the omelette to a plate, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and eat while the cheese is still melted.
