Description

This dish pairs perfectly with rice and poultry. It is also quite tasty when served cold.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini 25 oz
  • Soy Sauce 3 tablespoons
  • Honey ½ teaspoon
  • Mustard 1 teaspoon
  • Sweet Paprika 1 teaspoon
  • Ground red pepper ⅓ teaspoon
  • Ground coriander ½ teaspoon
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Sesame Seeds 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash and cut the zucchini into sticks about 1x1 cm thick and wide, or up to 1.5 cm.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, mustard, paprika, red pepper, coriander, and garlic. Stir well.

Step 3

Take a frying pan and heat it to maximum temperature, then pour in sunflower oil.

When the oil is hot, add the sliced zucchini. Sauté over high heat, stirring occasionally, for about 6 minutes.

Step 5

Add the prepared sauce to the zucchini and sauté everything for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Step 6

Serve, sprinkled with sesame seeds.
