Ingredients
- Courgette 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Yogurt powder 10 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Dill to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise and slice into half-moons. Dredge in lightly salted flour. Fry in heated oil until golden brown. Set aside to cool.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine the yogurt, press in the garlic clove, and add salt. Mix thoroughly. Arrange the zucchini on a serving plate and drizzle with the sauce. Before serving, sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
